After breakfast, at the scheduled time you will begin a panoramic tour of Athens’ neoclassical quarter — seeing the Parliament, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the University, the National Library and Academy, Hadrian’s Arch and Temple of Zeus, the Panathenaic Stadium, and other notable landmarks. A licensed English-speaking guide will share the history and background of each site. Next you will visit the sacred rock of the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum (entrance fees to both sites are included). After the visit you may return to your hotel or explore the charming streets of Plaka on your own. Overnight in Athens.
