Upon arrival at Athens Airport, you’ll be greeted and assisted before being transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight in Athens.

Start with a panoramic drive through the city’s most iconic sights — the Panathenaic Stadium, the Zappeion, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, Syntagma Square and the Parliament, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Schliemann’s House, the Academy, the University, the National Library, and the Old Parliament.
Then enjoy a guided tour of the Acropolis, exploring the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Parthenon, and the Erechtheion. Afterward, visit the Acropolis Museum — internationally acclaimed for its collections and presentation. The afternoon is free to wander the cobblestone streets of Plaka, browse the shops on Ermou Street, or relax at a café and soak up the city’s atmosphere.

After breakfast we set out for the Peloponnese, first pausing at the dramatic Corinth Canal before continuing to Epidaurus to admire its world-famous theater and exceptional acoustics. Next we make a short stop in the charming seaport of Nafplion, then visit legendary Mycenae — the “rich in gold” citadel of Homer — to see the Cyclopean walls, Agamemnon’s tomb, and the iconic Lion’s Gate. In the afternoon we cross the Peloponnese mountains and arrive in Olympia for dinner and an overnight stay.

Built on the tranquil banks of the Alfeios River, Olympia greets you with green landscapes and timeless history. Explore the ruins of the ancient Olympic complex — the Temple of Zeus, the palaestra, and Phidias’s workshop — then wander the outstanding local museum to see masterpieces such as the statue of Hermes by Praxiteles. In the afternoon we drive northward, skirting Patras and crossing the impressive Rio–Antirrio Bridge, pass through Nafpaktos and Itea, and arrive in Delphi for dinner and overnight.

Delphi, once revered as the ancient world’s most sacred sanctuary.
Stroll the Sacred Way and admire the Sanctuary of Apollo, where the temple once housed the Pythia, the famed oracle. Explore the archaeological site’s dramatic ruins, then visit the museum to see masterpieces such as the celebrated bronze Charioteer. In the afternoon, relax on the scenic drive back to Athens.
