TERMS & CONDITIONS
Price per person:
The rate includes accommodation for a double room. If you are traveling alone, you can share a room with another tour member, Egypt with Hedy will match you with a tour member of the same gender and will attempt to match you with a traveler in the same age group. If you would like to be matched to share a room with a specific person on the tour, please notify Egypt with Hedy prior to the start of the trip.
If you are booking for more than one person, you will be matched with the person you have booked with.
Single rooms are available upon request. Please note that booking a single room adds an extra charge.
Payment Schedule:
- 500$ down payment. Payable when booking
- Half the remaining balance should be paid one month after the down payment.
- The second half should be payed in full 1 month before the arrival date.
- Taxes should be payed upon arrival.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard with 3-D Secure.

Cancellations and Refunds:
-If the client canceled the booking within 30 days, full refunds of the down payment.
-If the client cancels after 30 days, refunds will be 50% of the amount paid.
-In condition, one month before the trip or fewer, refunds will vary depending on expenses incurred by the tour organizer. Cases will vary based on arrangements and payments made by The company.
-In the condition of force Majeure Cancelation, switch the whole amount to any other tour date.
Force Majeure: The Tour Operator assumes no liability for any loss, damage, delay, or cancellation resulting in whole or in part from an Act of God or any other force majeure condition, including, without limitation: fire, volcanic eruption, hurricane, environmental pollution or contamination, inclement weather, earthquake, low or high water levels, flood, water or power shortages or failures, tropical storms or hurricanes, riots or civil commissions or disturbances, and any other acts of a similar nature, sabotage, arrests, strikes or labor disruptions, restraint of rulers or peoples, expropriations, acts of terrorism, war, insurrection, quarantine restrictions, government health advisories, governmental and administrative actions (including the closure of borders, tourist attractions, and travel warnings and restrictions), epidemics, pandemics, or warnings or alerts of any kind of nature, government seizures, refusal or cancellation or suspension or delay of any government authority or any license, permit or authorization, damages to its facilities or the travel Supplier and its facilities.
reserves the right to cancel site visits, tours or activities prior to departure in the event an unexpected situation should arise. In this event, a full refund for that site visit, tour or activity will be issued to the customer.
Refund inquiries or complaints must be made within 90 days of the completion of the tour. Refund or complaint inquiries will be considered by Egypt with Hedy within 90 days of filing the inquiry.
Responsibility:
Egypt with Hedy is not responsible for unexpected circumstances including, but not limited to, natural disasters, government actions, or weather conditions.
Egypt with Hedy is not responsible for personal accidents, injuries, death, damage, loss, to the person or personal property. Egypt with Hedy reserves the right to make necessary changes to the tour itinerary should any unforeseen circumstances arise. The company reserves the right to cancel site visits due to unforeseen circumstances such as government actions or closure of sites or attractions. Should such an event arise, the canceled activity will be replaced by another attraction.
Insurance:
Health insurance is provided for each traveler with AIG Egypt Insurance Company as part of Egypt with Hedy's tour package. Insurance provided by Egypt with Hedy does not cover chronic diseases or pre-existing conditions.
The insurance coverage is as specified below. Contact your tour organizer should you choose to add additional coverage to your insurance coverage. o Accidental Death (24 hours) 30,000 USD
o Permanent Total/Partial Disability (up to) 30,000 USD
o Accidented "Emergency" sickness Medical Expenses Reimbursement (up to) 6,000 USD
o Evacuation & Repatriation 3,000 USD
